Enjoyed my time here; it was spotless and the staff were super friendly 😊. the location was amazing, right in the middle of everything. Had a really nice time during my stay at this affordable hotel.

The room is newly designed and comes with a complimentary continental breakfast for guests.

Very central location close enough to The Royal Albert Hall, the zone 1, close to the tube station and Earls Court, it was in a lovely area. The room was huge and adequate with a fine bed. The courteous staff offered us a cheap breakfast.

Absolutely great and cheerful hotel in a great area close enough to tube stations Gloucester and the grocery store. The staff - kind and awesome. Very quick check-in and adequate and beautiful room with the bedroom, tea plus tea making facilities.

Generous breakfast with many options including breads, cereals, and eggs. Neat and compact room with a comfortable bed and complimentary coffee. - Great location for our trip in a very posh area.

Updated decor, price, location.

Very small room (hard to walk around); no simple things like soap dish/shelves in the shower (soap and toiletries had to sit on the floor); no iron in room; no ac (window opened to noisy street).

Updated our room to a fresh twin one. Service met our high expectations. 👍

Not a lot!

I had the smallest hotel bedroom I have ever seen.There was no chair, no shaver socket and only a shower. On top of this it was noisy.The Breakfast was minimal. It was incredibly expensive for what was on offer.

The rooms were bright with twin beds, the staff were great and absolutely lovely. The service here was nice!

The services were nice, offered us very good free Wi-Fi. We booked a standard quadruple room and could use the wake-up service available in it. - the breakfast was relatively cheap and generous for the price; reasonably priced.

Absolutely nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dirty,noisy,uncomfortable,no space around the beds,no hangers for towels,bed matresses very old & uncomfortable, poor breakfast......booked for high flor but gave us first & basement.

It's an ok hotel if you just want to sleep and be out all day. It's close to two tube stations, Hide park and a couple of museums. Everything is basic and if you don't want luxury but a nice hotel to stay in for a couple of nights, this is the perfect one.

My single room on the second floor was very small and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. You can hear the people next door and people in the hallway. Breakfast is basic, nothing special but that was ok for me.I stayed there for two nights and that was more than enough for me, I don't think I could have stayed there any longer.
